| 🎓 Eligibility Criteria 1. Medical Superintendent (i) A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act. (ii) A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto OR M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a postgraduate degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A. by the Medical Council of India. Experience: Ten years’ experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the P.G. Degree in a senior position, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds. 2. Financial Advisor Employees of the Central / State / Union Territory Governments / Universities / Central Statutory / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings / Research & Development organizations: (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis OR (ii) With five years regular service from Organized Accounts Service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600 OR (iii) Officers with Five years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government in the grade pay of Rs.7600 and having THREE years experience in the field of finance and accounts Note: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, vide letter no. Z-28015/57/2023-PMSSY-IV (8243506) dated 14.09.2026, has informed that recruitment to the post of Financial Advisor for various AIIMS, including AIIMS Bibinagar, will be undertaken by PMSSY. Hence recruitment to post of Financial Advisor is being withdrawn. 3.
