| 🎓 Eligibility Criteria 1. Assistant Director Officers from Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government, Statutory, Autonomous or Research & Development organisations should either: • hold an analogous post on regular basis; or • have 7 years’ regular service in Level-10 pay scale of ₹56,100–₹1,77,500. Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a high second-class Master’s Degree in any of the following subjects from a recognised university or equivalent: • Agricultural Economics • Agricultural Marketing • Management • Horticulture • Geography with specialisation in GIS • Sociology/Psychology with specialisation in behavioural science • Economics • Commerce • Statistics • Computer Science • Communication • Agricultural Engineering with specialisation in post-harvest management, including packaging, transportation and storage • M.Sc. Entomology with specialisation in storage of agricultural commodities Experience: At least 7 years’ experience in research, training, consultancy or teaching at university level in any of the relevant fields mentioned above. 2. Accounts Officer Candidates should be officers under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government, Statutory, Autonomous or Research & Development organisations who: • hold an analogous post on regular basis; or • have 8 years’ regular service in the pay scale of ₹56,100 / Pay Matrix Level-10. Educational Qualification and Experience: • B.Com. from a recognised university or equivalent. • At least 5 years’ experience in cash budget and accounts work and financial management in Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Research & Development Institutes or Semi-Government organisations. • Degree in Chartered Accountancy (CA) / ICWA from a recognised institute/university. 3. Assistant Grade-I Candidate should hold an analogous/equivalent post on regular basis; or hold the post of Assistant Grade-III/equivalent with 10 years’ service in Pay Matrix Level-2 (₹19,900–₹63,200). Educational and Other Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or equivalent. • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi. • Knowledge of rules and regulations relating to establishment matters, accounts, budget, GFR 2017, e-procurement and GeM Portal. | |||||||||
