1. Joint Director (Research)


Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, recognized Universities or recognized Research Institutions who:

Hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
OR
Have 5 years’ service rendered after appointment to a post on a regular basis in Level-11 in the Pay Matrix (₹67,700–₹2,08,700) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Master of Laws or Master’s degree in Social Science subjects such as : Political Science / Sociology / Social Work / Economics / Human Rights / Psychology / Population Studies / Criminology OR Statistics from a recognized University/Institute;
AND
5 years’ research experience in Social Science or Statistics.

2. Assistant Registrar

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Candidates must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute;
AND
Have passed the Subordinate Audit or Accounts Service Examination conducted by any one of the organized Accounts Departments of the Central Government;

Successfully completed training in Cash and Accounts Work at the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget Work.

9. Personal Assistant

Eligible officers of the Central Government, State Governments or Union Territory Administrations who:

Hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department;
OR
Have 15 years’ service after appointment to a post on a regular basis in Level-4 in the Pay Matrix (₹25,500–₹81,100) or equivalent.

Educational Qualification & Skill:
12th Class Pass from a recognized Board.
AND
Ability to take dictation at 100 words per minute in English or Hindi for 10 minutes.

Transcription on computer :
English: 40 minutes
Hindi: 55 minutes

10. Inspector

Eligible officers of Central Government, State Governments or Union Territory Administrations who:

Hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department

Have 5 years’ service after appointment to the post of Sub-Inspector on a regular basis in Level-6 in the Pay Matrix (₹35,400–₹1,12,400) or equivalent.

5 years’ experience in : Vigilance / Investigation / Intelligence work.

Desirable:

11. Senior Research Assistant

Formal training in computer programming operation.
