| 🎓 Eligibility Criteria 1. Medical Superintendent (i). A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Candidates possessing qualifications included in Part II or the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act. (ii). A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS or a recognised qualification equivalent thereto; OR M.H.A. (Master’s in Hospital Administration) or a postgraduate degree recognised as equivalent to M.H.A. by the Medical Council of India. Experience: Ten years’ experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the Postgraduate Degree in a senior position, preferably in a hospital with 300 beds. 2. Superintending Engineer Employees of the Central/State Governments/Union Territory Governments/Universities/Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development Organisations holding analogous post OR Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600/- (Level 12 as per 7th CPC). OR Executive Engineers with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 6600/- (Level 11 as per 7th CPC). 3. Registrar (i). A Graduate of a recognised University. (ii). Seven years’ experience of administration in a supervisory capacity or as a teacher in a university/teaching institution including conduct or examination and admission and assignment of teaching programs for undergraduate and postgraduate etc. Desirable: A postgraduate degree in Science. 4. Executive Engineer (Civil) Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Government/University/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations: (i). Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR (ii) Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- OR (iii) Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/- 5.
