| 🎓 Eligibility Criteria Joint Director (Production) Essential Qualifications Candidates should have: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. A Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing with specialisation in Production, or a three-year Diploma in Printing Technology. 10 years’ experience in production in a senior managerial capacity in a leading publishing house or an autonomous organisation engaged in printing activities. Alternative eligibility through service experience The notification also provides eligibility for incumbents holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or candidates with five years’ regular service in the prescribed Pay Matrix of ₹67,700–₹2,08,700, Level-11, or equivalent, in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organisations and certain specified institutions/undertakings. Departmental candidates can also apply for deputation. If selected, the appointment will be for a fixed tenure of three years, extendable by a maximum of one year. Deputy Director (Cost & Finance) Essential Qualifications The candidate should possess: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a recognised university. Membership of ICWA of India / Chartered Accountant of India or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in: Financial management, or Auditing work, at the managerial level. Knowledge of Government Financial Rules. Alternative service eligibility Incumbents holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or those having five years’ regular service in posts in the Pay Matrix of ₹56,100–₹1,77,500, Level-10, or equivalent, in the specified Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organisations and other eligible bodies may also be considered, subject to the qualifications and experience prescribed in the notice.
